Ted Pascoe, Executive Director
Seven years experience managing nonprofit organizations, three years experience in policy analysis and government relations, and three years experience managing political campaigns. Responsibilities: Manage center, supervise staff and volunteers, raise funds, track expenditures and work with the Board of Directors.
John Kottenstette, Director of Case Management
Masters Degree in Gerontology. Thirty years experience working with seniors. Started in November of 2000 as Center Coordinator and transitioned exclusively to Case Management in September of 2004. Responsibilities: helping clients with problems with governmental programs and finding resources to support independence.
Cheri Lea Hager, Outreach Program Coordinator/Office Manager
Over twenty-eight years experience for non-profit and for-profit corporations in public relations and media relations, resource development, marketing communications, event coordination and fundraising, media relations and grant writing. Responsibilities: Outreach program, resource development, office management and bookkeeping.
Susan Walker, Center Manager
Masters Degree in Gerontology. Twenty-five years experience working with older adults and in the healthcare field including adult day services, hospice and assisted living. Before coming to Senior Support Services in April of 2005, worked with the homeless and low-income population at St. Francis Center. Responsibilities: oversees the food, maintenance and activities operations of the center and assists with case management as time allows.
