Nanae Ito, Director of Case Management
Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, with a primary focus in aging services and policy. Experienced in crisis response, community organizing, hospice services and care, advanced care planning, and five years experience in office administration. Nanae is passionate about cultivating a community of support for those experiencing homelessness and poverty in a trauma-informed manner and elevating their voices and experiences to shift policy towards a more equitable and just system. 11/2017 - present.

Katie Kirkwood, Case Manager
The newest member of our team, Katie Kirkwood, who originally hails from Colorado, has just returned after adventures across the big water. Her love for new situations and current affairs led her to Peace Corps Tanzania where she served as a Development Extension Officer, and later, London where she studied Migration and International Development in graduate school.
She loves hiking and reading, and dreams of getting a puppy. Katie is very excited to be back in Colorado and to be serving our clients at Senior Support Services! 1/2018 — present.

BA degree in Family Relations, with 24 years experience in human service program management. Sixteen years managing programs working with chronically mentally ill adults, and developmentally disabled parents. Eight years experience managing programs providing assistance to low-income and homeless families and individuals. Over 20 years experience recruiting, training and managing volunteers, as well as fundraising and resource development. 1/2014 — present.
