Ted has led SSS since September 2003. He has twenty-eight years experience managing nonprofit organizations, three years experience in policy analysis and government relations, and three years experience managing political campaigns. Ted enjoys mountain biking, telemarking, tennis and guitar.

Tressa joined SSS in October of 2020. She enjoys helping connect older adults with resources such as housing, healthcare, benefits, and other community services. She is passionate about advocating for older adults and helping create a welcoming, supportive environment where they can thrive. Seeing our members feel supported and improve their quality of life is one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
Chidi joined SSS in August of 2020. He is dedicated to meeting the psychological, economical and social needs of our community's most vulnerable and underrepresented populations. He is also passionate about creating safe spaces for older adults experiencing homelessness, as well as advocating for the humane treatment of all. He enjoys anything to do with exploring the outdoors.
Elena has always been interested in working with older adults and enjoys being able to help our members work toward their goals whether related to practical needs such as housing or benefits or just helping them build connections with others. She believes this is a population that often falls through the cracks and is passionate about doing what she can to remind them of their dignity and worth as they navigate this phase of life.
One of the things she enjoys most is finding ways to bring more color and creativity into our space through art projects, teamwork, and our garden. She believes the environment around us matters, and that even small changes can help our members feel more welcome, connected, and invested in the community we've built together.
Kevin joined SSS in September of 2025. He is passionate about serving the community and giving back.
