Come to SSS and help serve meals (sign up here), work in the clothing room, food bank, or garden, or participate in activities with our members.​

Sack Lunch Program
We serve breakfast and lunch, then and send clients with a packed lunch to snack on or save for later. Each day, a group of volunteers drops off 60-80 sack lunches for us to distribute.

This is a great service project for families, organizations/workplaces, sports teams, neighborhoods, or groups of friends. Sign up to make and deliver sack lunches here.

Intern

MSW Students
SSS' Case Management team assists clients to acquire government benefits and connect to shelter/housing, in addition to providing emotional and behavioral support. Interns receive on-site clinical supervision by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

High School or Undergrad Students
SSS is open to interns focused on marketing/communication, business/nonprofit/public administration, or other relevant fields.
